I believe that food is not just about fueling the body, but also a way to make people feel cared for. I put my heart and soul into every dish I make and I am certain your guests will taste the quality in each bite.
I’m Wellesley Boboc, and I founded Welle-Fed on the premise that when you’re eating well, you’re living well. Food prepared with love nourishes both body and soul.
Quality food is not just about ingredients but also about the love and care put into its preparation. I started welle-fed as a way for me to share my passion and love of good food with folks in Berlin and beyond.
Though I originally hail from Los Angeles, California, my hunger has taken me all over the world.
From France to Japan and countless other places in between, I spent my twenties hungry to explore new flavors and expand my culinary horizons. Whether learning how to make gnocchi with my host family in Italy or falling in love over mouthwatering curries in India, I have found food to be the most meaningful way to connect across language or cultural barriers.
It’s also my favorite way to make a day better—nothing beats a comforting bowl of gooey mac+cheese or a warm slice of chocolate cake on a bad day.

Birthday tart for my dear Shimba’s birthday this week. Inspired by the many delicious baked goods we ate in Japan this January 💛 sweet tart crust and vanilla pastry cream with fresh fruits, so simple and so delicious. Shimba called it their favorite thing I’ve ever baked for us so yeah, it went over well 🥰 Nothing makes me happier than baking for a special occasion—my DMs are always open for custom orders for birthdays and other celebrations! 🎈🎂✨
I’ve been having lots of fun recipe testing treats for the holidays. The idea for these chocolate cupcakes with glühwein frosting had been on my mind for a while and they turned out even more delicious than I imagined!
I’ve also decided that mini pumpkin pies are far superior to their full size counterpart. Naturally they’re amazing on their own, but who could say no to a side of homemade vanilla ice cream with miso caramel sauce? (not me, obviously...)
